Paprika has had a tough road — she was brought to MADACC after her owner lost their home, and she had a very hard time in the shelter. We took her in, and she spent several days decompressing before she began to trust us. But once she did, she turned into a whole new cat!

This ~1-year-old orange girly has now been successfully integrated into her foster family’s home, even doing well with their cats and dogs! We believe she would do best in a home without children under 8 years old because she does value her personal space — but who doesn’t?! Her adoptive family will need to be patient and allow her as much time as she needs to settle in. But once she does, you’ll get to see her sweet, goofy personality. In fact, one of her favorite things to do is lick your hands and face!
