This handsome boy has had quite a start to life. He was an indoor/outdoor for 5 years until his owner passed away. He was then surrendered to a humane society with chronic respiratory issues that didn't improve in the shelter and unfortunately he was’t a candidate for adoption there. We couldn't say. no to his sweet little eyes and he came into our rescue!

Ambrose was diagnosed with mycoplasma, a pretty common bacteria that causes upper respiratory infections. Since starting antibiotics, he finally seems to be improving! We are in search of a foster-to-adopt home for him. He will need to be kept separate from any other cats in the home until he is medically cleared by our vet (which should be soon ). He would do best in a quiet, calm home as he is still getting used to the whole indoor living thing.
